Blackberries- Leslie Norris

I guess I took the last 2 days off. Well, I helped out at a downtown event at The Shady Lady, and focused on my other course a bit. Then today I had an out of town guest, and it was my baby shower- so just been very busy. I figure it is the weekend, so I may be okay. I want to try to be good about writing in this, even if it is nothing too important. It still encourages me to write and to think. I am already on week 5 in class, and I find myself wondering what my classmates are thinking and discussing. I am sort of in self imposed isolation! I have to do it though, or the stress will cause me to have high blood pressure. TOO MUCH GOING ON. However, I know I can conquer "all of the things", if I keep my nose to the grindstone. Deciding what the next step is after I get my AA. It may seem insignificant to some, but neither my dad nor mom were college graduates, and it means a lot to me to complete this degree. It means a lot to me to do this for my children. I have read your child is more likely to obtain a degree if a parent has.
